First the done stuff:)

Races:

Dire Wolves :

Large wolf like creatures of amazing strength. Dires are the strongest non evolved war waging race in Narmir. They are mean, ill tempered, and generally not very friendly to any race besides thier own. The are about as dumb as a brick so research is something they are particularly bad at. Also being wolves they are unable to build. But through the people that follow them as worshipers and slaves they do accomplish some construction so they can build through these servants. But the building is slow and not effiencent at all. Spell casting is possible but poor at best.

 

Werewolves :

Conceived from human stock and able to take the form of a large wolf, werewolves are fierce combatants. But not near as strong as dire wolves or orges. They are better at magic than humans but not overly so. They build and study better than humans but again nothing fancy. Werewolves are strongest at night and are especially dangerous during the strong lunar cycles.

 

Vampires :

Vampires actually can come from several sources. Non evolved vampires are deadly in thier own right but pale in comparision to a Vampire Lord (evolved). Vampires are exceptionally strong at night and do most of their battling at this time. The best time to attack a vampire is during daylight hours since they suffer penalty's from sunlight. Vampires are excellent researchers and users of magical and mystical magics.

 

Quicklings :

Quicklings are born thieves. They have excellent thieving bonus's far outweighing thier dark elve friends. Quicklings are also keen magic users. But not at all spells. They are fast and able to be invisible at times, thus giving them bonuses for stealing and assasination. But for all their thieving prowness they are decidely at a disadvantage on the battle field. Quicklings are a dangerous enemie if you leave your defenses down concerning being thieved. They can quickly drain all of an oponents research and resources. So beware tangling with one. Even though you may win on the battle field. Your spoils may not be safe when the vengful quickling returns:)

Evolved Races

Dragons : On the battle field no race equals the might of a dragon. These ancient evolved races are as deadly in combat as it gets. A dragon can out fight and out distance all non evolved races and even the evolved ones. Dragons magical prowness is also above the non evolved races but not above the other evolved ones. Dragons make poor thieves though. Hard for a 300 foot long 10,000 lb dragon to fit inside most gold vaults let alone do this undetected:) Best way to handle a dragon if you are a non evolved race is to be nice and avoid them if at all possible.

 

Demons : Cunning and sharp a demon is one deadly oponant. Never underestimate one. They are about as strong in battle as an orgre but on the magical front they are deadly. A demon can teleport thier troops and minions at long distances and also posses thier opponets own troops to fight against them. Demons are another race to avoid at all cost. The soul you save might very well be your own.

New Spells :

Create Orb : 50,000 Spell Book

Create Orb is the first of the new spells. It is also the basis for all the spells that follow it. You must have orbs and man to cast all spells after summon demons. The amount needed varies with the spell. It takes 200k mana to make one orb. Use less and it fizzles and produces nothing. Duration has no effect on create orb. You may cast it on yourself or someone else.

 

Evolve Dragons : 300,000 Spell Book 150 Orbs

Evolve dragons will evolve your race to the race of the ancient dragons. This is reachable by all races.

 

Evolve Demons : 300,000 Spell Book 150 Orbs

Evolve demons will evolve your race to the race of the dark demons. This is reachable by all races.

New thieving attacks:

Food Related
Steal food(Hard) If sucessful you gain a percentage of food from the target kingdom and they lose that amount of food from thier stores.

Poison food(Medium) If sucessful a percentage of the target kingdoms food is poisoned and useless. More food can be effected this way than thru stealing food. Also morale drops.

Disrupt Food production (Easy) If sucessful the target kindoms per turn food production falls a percentage based on the thieveing kingdoms thieve quality and ratio.
